Container Loading Supervision (CLS)


What is container loading supervision(CLS)?

Container Loading Supervision is the final inspection. This could be the last but not the least measure to assure product quality and information before shipment. The entire container loading process is strictly supervised, it Ensure the final details of your product are correct and actual ordered quantity are securely loaded onto your container, check containers are in good condition and secured with seals after loading, to reduce a high risk of product substitution.

What do we do at Container Loading Supervision (CLS)?

We will assign our inspector to factories, warehouses or loading places to supervise the whole loading process and help the manufacturer finish loading under correct and clear working clauses and working processes. We will select carton s randomly to confirm the quantity of product ordered, the quality matches your requirement, inner & outer conditions of the container, and all packaging material contains the correct barcodes, labeling, and packing materials, ensure the proper handling of your cargo.

For CLS, what KENTEL mainly inspect includes but not limited to the following aspects:

•Record the weather/ arrival time of container/ container No./ truck No.

•Inspect the inner & outer condition of container to see if there is any damage/ wetness/ perforation / peculiar smell

•Check the quantity of goods loaded and record the condition of outer packaging (master cartons/ pallets)

•Randomly select and open some cartons to verify that the goods meet the customer' s specifications

•Supervise the whole loading process

•Seal the container with the customs' seal or other seal

•Record the seal Nos. and departure time of contain

 

A comprehensive report with photographic evidence, KENTEL inspector's findings and outcome is provided within 24hrs after inspection or sent you a same day inspection report (within 6hrs after inspection) upon your request.
