Code Of Conduct
Kentel is a third party service company, we must protect our customers’ interest and hold all of our personnel to the highest level of professional conduct. Therefore, the personnel of Kentel must fully follow below regulations:
Integrity:
- Our work should be carried out honestly, in a professional, independent and impartial manner, with no influence tolerated in respect to any deviation from either our approved methods and procedures or the reporting of accurate results.
- Our quality service report and sourcing report should correctly present the actual findings, professional or results obtained.

Data, results and other material facts shall be reported in good faith and will not be improperly change.
Impartiality:
we shall treat all customers fairly and commit to deliver the best services according to the known and applicable standards. We shall not be biased in favour of a single interest under all circumstances.
Conflicts of interest:
- we shall be free from any undue commercial, financial or other forms of pressure that may affect the truthfulness of results or findings, we shall avoid any situation which may lead to and actual or perceived conflict of interest that may give rise to criticism of favouritism.

Conflicts of interests or appearance of conflicts of interests in business transactions should be avoided at all time.
Confidential:
All information received during or after we provide quality services or sourcing services shall be treated as business confidential except such information is already published, generally available to third parties or otherwise in the public domain.
The rules:
- All employees are not allowed to disclose any customer’s information, including product information, the principals’ information such as name, partner and their business.
- All employees are not allowed to disclose to any manufacturers any information concerning other manufacturer’s technique, equipments, business situation etc.

All employees are not allowed to inform principals concerning any development or happenings at manufacturers premises that is unrelated to the Kentel’s service to the principals.
Anti-bribery:
In order to hold all of our personnel to the highest level of professional conduct and provide the best services to our customers, we are requiring:
- All Kentel employees are responsible for reporting any corrupt offer made to them by any manufacturers, buyers and competitors. Failure to comply with this principle will result in immediate dismissal of the employee.
- No Kentel employees will directly or through intermediaries acquire interest in a supplier, customer or competitors. Failure to comply with this principle will result in immediate dismissal of the employee.
- Kentel is committed to maintaining close with law enforcement authorities and provide them with any possible assistance in tracking and prosecuting corruption.
