What is Final 100% inspection(F1I)?

Final 100% inspection is a special inspection that ensures each piece of finished products meets specified quality requirements. Through this inspection service, you won’t take any risk any more there would be some critical defeats on other products what hasn’t inspected. 

What do we do at Final 100% Inspection(F1I)?

When the whole production is 100% completed, F1I can be carried out before packaging or after packaging according to your requirement. Our inspectors check piece by piece for all conditions like general appearance, workmanship, functions, safety and others required by clients, sorting out all defectives and finally sealing goods which pass inspection with KENTEL stamp.

For F1I, what we mainly inspect includes but not limited to the following aspects:    

•Quantity available

•Style & color

•Workmanship (general appearance)

•Functions & safety (such like sharp point, & sharp edge)

•Size specification, if required, including carton measurement.

•Product Labeling

•Package details

•Carton & package barcodes

•Shipping mark
