What is production monitoring(PM)?

Production monitoring is an inspection of production line. It is important for challenging or sensitive orders. It can monitor the production schedule and supervise the factory's internal quality control, identify and fix problems in real-time, and keeps your product consistent. It can save your re-work cost and time, ensure the delivery on time.

What do we do at Production Monitoring(PM)?

We will assign sufficient inspectors to stay at factory through the production for days, weeks or months, to scrutinize your factory, enforce your specifications, selecting units at random for inspection and indentifying and eliminating defects. The inspection will be conducted from various raw materials, every related warehouse, work-in-process components, production lines, assembly line, to the finished products and report to you every day.

For PM, what KENTEL mainly inspects includes but not limited to the following aspects:

•The inspection for any raw materials, WIP components, and finished goods, including visual inspection, function inspection and relevant physical test, such as drop test, tension test, compression test etc.

•Check the relevant test and their internal inspection reports, including physical test and chemical test.

•Check labeling and segregation for any raw materials, WIP components, and finished goods

 

A comprehensive report with photographic evidence, KENTEL inspector's findings and outcome is provided within 24hrs after inspection or sent you a same day inspection report (within 6hrs after inspection) upon your request.
