KENTEL still provides other inspection services include but not limited to the following aspects:

Sample picking up & sending:

This service is set to ensure your sample are made correctly to your specification, and well packed before sending out, it can save your money and time avoiding any wrong samples being sent or sending with poor packing.

Sample evaluation/Risk assessment:

Sample evaluation/Risk assessment service is designed to help assess and improve your product design, workmanship, functionality, reliability and safety, ensure the samples are meeting your specifications and relevant international standards or legal regulations of intended market.

Packing Evaluation:

For overseas importers & exporters, good packing is particularly important. The packing engineers check submitted packing sample according your packing specification, perform relevant transportation tests(drop test, static compression test, vibration test and Drop-on test etc).

Product Spec. Making:

In order to save our clients’ resources and reduce manpower cost, we help clients to make product specification based on approval samples. The technical product specification would let all the parties involved in the production and inspection to better know the products’ requirement. It is helpful for the factory to improve the product quality and efficiency, to save the communication time and avoid any misunderstanding as well. We are able to explain technical Spec sheets & specific technical issues to your vendors if they have any query.

Metal detection:

Products related sewing or played by children must be requested metal detection, to make sure there are no broken needles or metal chip remaining inside products, to protect customers from injury when using. These products include but not limited to bags, garment, towel, stuff toys, bedding products, scarf, carpet, umbrella and other sewing products.

A comprehensive report with photographic evidence, KENTEL inspector's findings and outcome is provided within 24hrs after inspection or sent you a same day inspection report (within 6hrs after inspection) upon your request.
