The factory audit is always performed in the very early stage, before the production starts and all corrective/ preventive actions can then be undertaken before actual production.

The auditor inspects the factory beginning with raw material storage, tooling, workshops, and check Control Plan through every manufacturing process. The last steps of the factory audit are final test, packaging, and laboratory areas. By the end of the auditing day, the auditor knows if the quality systems claimed by the factory are in practice and if the management is committed to continual improvement.


A comprehensive report with photographic evidence, KENTEL inspector's findings and outcome is provided within 24hrs after audit or sent you a same day audit report (within 6hrs after inspection) upon your request.
