Social Compliance Audit

Social compliance audit (also called code of conduct) is conducted mainly based on SA8000 standards or standards drawn by clients. KENTEL auditors will interview staff, check records and factory operation, inform you those non- compliances.

In general, we will check the following aspects for social compliance audit:

• Child labor
• Forced labor nondiscrimination
• Nondiscrimination
• Minimum wage
• Overtime wage/hours
• Social benefits
• Safety and health
• Dormitories
• Protection of the environment
   

A comprehensive report with photographic evidence, KENTEL inspector's findings and outcome is provided within 24hrs after audit or sent you a same day audit report (within 6hrs after inspection) upon your request.
