Initial Production Inspection (IPC)
What is an Initial Production Inspection (IPC)?
An Initial Production inspection is an on-site preliminary inspection of all machinery and materials to be used in your production before your production begins, up until 20% has been completed, it is the first step to ensure the quality and safety of your product will be consistent throughout manufacturing process per the client’s specifications, and it also is an early-warning system which can eliminate reworking cost and ensure on-time delivery.
What do we do at Initial Production Inspection (IPC)?
At the beginning of the production process, we perform a visual inspection on the raw materials, components, accessories, storage, Semi-finished products and finished products related to the product quality and safety per our client’s specifications and/or reference samples, to predict any possible or potential problems and make recommendations, and so as to verify that your product specifications are being met early
For IPC, what we mainly check includes, but not limited to the following aspects:
•Factory's production lines & capability
•Factory's facilities & equipment
•Raw materials, main components and accessories, including labeling, segregation, related passed test report etc.
•Semi-finished products and finished products .
•Environment
