What standard KENTEL select those samples for inspection based on?
As lots of buyers know, the quality of each batch is always hundreds, thousands unit or even more. Whenever there happens, you can’t inspect one by one till whole products are fulfilled the inspection, unless there are special cases. Because there is a unreasonable way to take lots of time and spend much cost for inspection, and it is also easy to break product and package of product during inspection. So, how can you assure product quality and also save time and cost? Well, KENTEL have a professional way to fix this problem for you.
KENTEL use the internationally recognized Acceptable Quality Level (AQL) standard named United States Military Standard MIL STD 105E (equivalent to ISO 2859) for all product inspections. It is a method widely used to reasonably define the quality of inspection samples selected randomly from a given lot or consignment and find whether or not the entire product order has met the client's specifications without checking every single item. The customer then has the data to make an informed decision to accept or reject the lot. For each inspection, it suggests the maximum number of defective items allowed in the samples size unless specified by clients. Our default Acceptable Quality Level is Level II. It allows the clients to set their acceptable quality tolerance levels.
